EDU Mileage+ is an independent product. It was conceived, designed, developed, tested, and deployed by an individual developer acting solely in a personal capacity. No part of the app’s development was performed within the scope of any employment, contract, or other formal relationship with a school district, educational institution, or other organization.
2. Personal Resources Only
All development resources — including hardware, software licenses, development tools, network connectivity, and time — were personal resources of the developer. No equipment, software, intellectual property, confidential information, proprietary data, or other materials belonging to any school district, employer, or third party were used in the creation, development, testing, or operation of this product.
3. No Affiliation or Endorsement
EDU Mileage+ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or developed in cooperation with any school district or educational institution. References to school district workflows or terminology in the app reflect general industry knowledge and are intended to make the product useful to educators across many districts. They do not represent the official practices or endorsement of any specific district.
4. Distribution and Ownership
The app is distributed as a commercial product available to any individual user through the Apple App Store under standard subscription terms. All intellectual property in EDU Mileage+ is owned by the developer.
